Below are some of the auction items that Enchanted April Inn can offer your charity for the purpose of fundraising. The stated value is what we feel the item is worth. We do not charge for any of the items or events. Please contact us for additional details.

Viennese Style Afternoon Coffee

• VIENNESE STYLE AFTERNOON COFFEE - Up to 8 persons can enjoy traditional afternoon coffee like they do in Vienna. Estimated value $160.00 ($20 per person)
• OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS - up to 12 persons can enjoy a movie night under the stars. We provide popcorn, large outdoor screen, projector, outdoor seating and a firepit. Guests bring their own DVD & are welcome to bring snacks and a picnic dinner to enjoy. Estimated value $240.00 ($20 per person)
• FREE EQUESTRIAN CLINICS - Local equestrian clubs can organize clinics as fundraisers at our facility free of charge. A maximum of 8 riders with horses can participate but up to 20 more persons can watch. Estimated Value varies.
• CELEBRATIONs & GATHERINGS - Let us prepare a celebration for you and up to 12 persons. We supply all food. You supply the beverages. Estimated value $50 per person and up. We can prepare a celebration for:
  • Valentines Day (A decadent dessert party)
  • Superbowl Party (Featuring our fameous chili)
  • Mardi Gras (Think jambalaya)
  • St. Patrick's Day (Corned beef & cabbage or Irish stew of course!)
  • Easter Theme (Enjoy an egg hunt and more)
  • Cinco de Mayo (Enchilada's our way)
  • Mothers or Fathers Day (Yummie Brunch)
  • Kentucky Derby Bash (featuring traditional Kentucky specialties)
  • Independence Day (Hot Dogs, Burgers & More)
  • Halloween or Harvest Time (Featuring our fameous hearty pumpkin stew)
  • Oktoberfest (A sausage fiesta!)
  • Christmas (Come for caroling or charades - we supply cake & coffee)
  • Birthday's ("Let them eat cake!")
  • Anniversary or other celebration
  • Small Wedding
• AN AFTERNOON OF GAMES AT THE INN - Bring up to 8 friends and enjoy scrabble, bunko, checkers, chess or whatever games you choose. We will set up tables by the fireside in our gathering room, or on our outdoor patio (weather permitting). Includes lite snacks. Estimated value $20 per person.
• ARTS & CRAFTS GATHERING - Up to 12 persons can use our conference room for a fun afternoon of crafting, working on photo albums or whatever artistic endeavor they choose. We provide snacks. Estimated Value $20 per person
• COMPLIMENTARY USE OF ENCHANTED APRIL INN FOR YOUR CHARITABLE EVENT - we allow 501(c)3 charities and schools to use our facility for fundraisers free of charge.
• SEMINARS, MEETINGS OR RETREATS - we have a good sized conference room that is perfect for gatherings. Estimated value $20 per person.

Please note: All auction items are for adults only.
Additional programs we sponsor:

• VACATION STAY PROGRAM - this program is designed to allow persons in neighboring commnities to take a short vacation at the Inn without cost. We work with several social service organizations who send us guests who are in need of a respiite but are not able to financially afford a stay at a bed & breakfast. They may stay at the Inn free of charge and receive all the benefits that paying guests would have.
• VACATION STAY FOR RELIGIOUS - Catholic priests, nuns and monks are welcome to stay at the Inn for a short vacation without charge.

It is our firm belief that the myriad of negative things we constantly hear about must consciously, deliberately & actively be counteracted and disabled by positive things. With that in mind Enchanted April Inn is dedicated to reaching out to the community through some creative programs & offerings.
